With a simple click on the post's header, you can access its details. On this page, you can review its content, attachments, and analyze some specific features.
The post's title and description are the first things shown when accessing the post's details.
If you are in a community with a process or where viewing confirmation requests are active, or if the post is a questionnaire, mission, or event, you will also see the Actions Area. Here, you can perform actions or provide feedback, responses, and confirm views.
You can click the button in the top right to translate the post.
At the bottom, you'll find the interaction counter, including the number of Comments, Likes, and Total Views of the post.
In the web version of Interacta, based on the data contained in the post, you can see a series of tabs that provide a detailed overview of some information, such as:
Attachments - Depending on the type, attachments are divided into Documents or Media. You can freely navigate between the two sections and click on the attachments to preview them (preview might not be available for some files) or download the attachment to your device.
You can also see attachments added in the comments.
Comments - You can view, comment on, and reply to comments directly from this section.
Visibility - Details about how the post was published: visibility for the entire community, specific people, or as an announcement.
Workflow - If the post is part of a process, it highlights the process's status and previous states. To learn more about processes, take a look at this guide!
Task - If there are associated "to-dos" with the post, meaning a list of tasks to complete, you can find the list of tasks to complete, overdue tasks, and upcoming tasks in this section. You also have the option to create them directly from this section. To learn more about tasks, check out this guide!
The Translation feature allows you to translate the title and description of posts written in another language into your own language.
The linking feature allows you to include a reference to previously published content within a new post in Interacta. This way, you can refer to other relevant information, even from different processes, helping your colleagues easily retrieve and read them in detail.
