Reactions are the essential tool for participating and interacting with your colleagues' activities. You can use comments and 'likes' to express your opinion or 'follow' to stay updated on the latest news. Additionally, event-type posts allow you to use the 'participate' feature to show your interest in your colleagues' events.
Comments allow you to add thoughts to posts published in Home, both directly in the preview and in the post detail.
To add a comment:
click on the 'Comment' box and start typing your text;
(Optional) You can use the @ symbol to mention individuals or groups;
(Optional) You can add an emoji to further personalize your comment;
when you have completed your comment, click the arrow-shaped button on the right to send it.
If you add an image or attachment to your comment, click 'Publish' to finalize the comment publication.
To delete a comment added by you, you can click on the trash can icon next to it.
To interact with comments from other members, you can reply directly to a comment or express your liking:
to reply to a comment, click on the arrow icon within the comment, then type your text and click 'Send';
to express your liking, click on the hand-shaped icon within the comment, and your 'like' will be automatically added.
You can follow a post to receive notifications about updates and comments, ensuring you don't miss any updates. Click on the 'Follow' icon located at the bottom of the post; the icon will turn red.
Click on a colleague's Profile picture or name to access their dedicated section, and then click on the 'Follow' button located below their name.
To quickly express your appreciation for a post, you can use the 'Like' feature to show the creator your interest.
To 'Like' a post, click on the 'Like' icon located at the bottom of the post; the icon will turn red.
If a post is of the Event type, in addition to Follow and Like, you will also have the option to participate.
To respond to an Event invitation, click on one of the buttons 'Yes, No, or Maybe' next to the question 'Will you participate?'.
