Your profile

The Profile section is divided into segments that allow you to easily view information about yourself and others:

• Biography - where each person can provide a brief bio to introduce themselves.

• Contact - includes details like email, phone numbers, and workplace location, making it easy for others to find this information directly on Interacta.

• Organization - displays the position and role within the organization, the department, and potentially the manager and team of the person whose profile you are viewing.

Within the Profile, there are options to edit your profile or change your password if you have the permission.

Additionally, you can also enter a personal email address (not visible to others).

Computer

To access your Profile:

• Click on your photo in the upper right corner;

• Choose 'Your Profile.'

In your Profile, you can select your preferred language from those configured by the Interacta administrator.

Smartphone

To access your Profile:

• Click on your photo in the upper right corner;

• Choose 'Your Profile.'

To edit profile information, click on the 'Edit Profile' button.
